B2B apparel manufacturing is a trust-first industry. Brand owners and buyers don't place orders with manufacturers they can't verify. Our research focused on how fashion brands evaluate manufacturing partners — what builds confidence, what creates friction, and where most manufacturer websites lose the deal before it starts.

We studied how fashion brand decision-makers — founders, sourcing heads, and procurement managers — research manufacturing partners. Key findings: buyers want to see product range depth, quality proof, MOQ clarity, and a human point of contact within the first scroll. Cluttered catalogues and generic factory photos erode trust instantly.

These insights shaped every design decision — from the product-first layout to the clean contact flow that reduces the friction between “I'm interested” and “let's talk.”
